Who We Are:

Fulcrum Fitness LLC began after stepping off the stage of an NPC’s Mid Atlantic Physique 2022 show. After working in a renown studio in Newark DE since 2020, we began privately contracting out of RISE Fitness + Adventure in Rehoboth Beach DE, working in tandem with the current ownership.

Fulcrum Fitness strives to make the fitness journey one of equal parts accessibility, and intensity. We believe that everyone can learn how to better their wellness, in a way that promotes long term habits and retention. In addition, we believe in training with the end goal of results at the forefront. We want to make it exciting and informative for all, while making sure the sessions power your results!

RISE Fitness + Adventure is located along Airport Road, just adjacent of Route 1 SB heading towards the beaches.
